Activate Tap to Translate
Get Google Translate from Play Store. If you already have the Google Translate app on your phone, update it to the latest version. Launch the Google Translate app and go to its settings.

On the Settings page, select Tap to Translate.

On the next screen, you must enable the Enable option.

Whenever you feel you no longer need this option, or if the Google Translate hover icon on the screen bothers you, you can disable it from this section.
Using Google Translate in Android apps
Open your favorite program, select the text you want to translate, and then copy. Now, the Google Translate icon will be displayed at the top right of the app. Tap it to translate. This will display the translated version of the text with the help of Google Translate.
To close the Google Translate window, hold it down and drag it to the bottom of the page. If this is not possible, update Google Translate to the latest version.
