As promised, Honor unveiled its latest product, the Honor 50 series. These phones, which include the Honor 50 Pro, Honor 50 and Honor 50 SE, are the first Honor devices with Google services after almost a year. All of these products use a 120Hz display and a 108-megapixel main camera.
The 50 and 50 Pro are equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G chip, and the SE model has a 900 dimensity chip. Below we have a look at the specifications of these devices.
Honor 50 and 50 Pro
As you can guess, the best member of this family is the Honor 50 Pro. This device is equipped with a 6.72-inch 10-bit curved AMOLED display with full HD Plus resolution that has a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Inside the oval cut is a dual selfie camera screen with a 32-megapixel main sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. The display has a 300Hz touch sampling rate and is also HDR certified.

The standard version of the Honor 50 series is equipped with a 6.57-inch display with the same specifications as its brother, which, of course, uses only a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and there is no mention of a dual camera.

On the back panel of these devices, we are faced with the same camera design, which includes a module with two circular elements. In the upper circle is a 108-megapixel main camera with a 1 / 1.52-inch sensor that uses 9-in-1 pixel combination technology. In the lower circle we see an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and two 2-megapixel depth and macro cameras. These devices can record video simultaneously with the main camera and the selfie.

The 50 and 50 Pro are the first phones to feature the Snapdragon 778G chip, which uses Kryo 670 cores with an Adreno 642L GPU. These products come with 8 or 12 GB of RAM.
In the software section, we are faced with Android 11 and the Magic UI 4.2 user interface, so that users can access Google Mobile Services (GMS) in the global market. The Pro model is equipped with a 4000 mAh battery with 100 watt fast charge support, and the standard model has a 4300 mAh battery with 66 watt technology.

The pre-sale of these products will start in less than 10 days in China. The standard model retails for a base price of $ 422 and the Pro model retails for a base price of $ 578. It will also launch these phones in 40 different markets.
Honor 50 SE
The device has a 6.78-inch flat-screen LCD with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the top of which hosts a 16-megapixel selfie camera. On the back panel is a triple camera with a 108-megapixel main sensor, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro.

The biggest change of this device is related to its chip, which is no longer Snapdragon, and for that, it has moved to the 900 Dimensity chip. The Honor 50 SE comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

This smartphone is equipped with a 4000 mAh battery with support for 6-watt fast charging technology and uses Android 11 with the Magic UI 4.2 user interface. The cheapest member of the Honor 50 series will enter the Chinese market next month at a price of $ 375.
