If you want to translate a photo that was previously saved in your gallery, just take a photo like the one above and import it. Then the software asks you to highlight the parts you want to translate. Google Translate works much better than Microsoft Translator. Just select the text you want to translate and leave the rest to the program!

Another way for iPhone
Apple entered the translation field with the Safari browser and a dedicated translation app in iOS 14. Now on iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 you can also translate your photos using Apple’s new Live Text feature. Of course, in terms of accuracy, it does not reach the feet of Google Translate, but it is a handy tail method.

1- Open the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad which has iOS 15 version. Then select the photo you want to be translated from your gallery.
2. Tap the text capture icon that appears in the lower right corner of the image.
3. Now tap on the selected text and drag the selection tool to highlight the words you want to translate.
4. Tap the right arrow in the menu that opens to display more options.

5. In the menu that opens, tap Translate.

6- By doing this, a tab moves from the bottom of the page to the top, which shows the translation below the selected text.
