WhatsApp has become one of the most popular social networks these days, and in addition to sending text and voice messages, it is also the first choice of many users to share photos. The program is designed to automatically compress when sending photos and images, thus saving Internet volume and speeding up the work. But sometimes we want to get our original quality photos to our audience and this is where the problem arises. But do not worry, because there is a way to send an image in WhatsApp with the original resolution and quality, and we will explain it later. So stay with Wironal.
Send photos and images in full resolution and original quality on WhatsApp
The steps that we will explain below and the screenshots that we have included are based on the Android version of WhatsApp, but the method works the same on iPhones, and you can follow the steps.
1. Open WhatsApp and select the contact to whom you want to send the photo.
2. As usual, tap the attachment icon (paper clip) to send the image file.

3- In this step, instead of selecting the gallery, you should tap the Document option.
4. Now in the opened page, touch Browse other docs at the top of the page.
5- Here you can see the photos taken with the phone’s camera. To be able to see other images in the gallery, you have to tap the Camera option at the top of the screen and then select Images. If you see different folders in the screen that opens, touch the folder that contains the photo you want to be able to finally select the image.

6- Now it is enough to select the desired image and touch on the Send option.

Well, it’s done. When you send a photo or image as a document, WhatsApp no longer compresses it and delivers it to the recipient in its original form.
This way you can send any image you want in original quality on WhatsApp. But if the number of photos is large, repeating these steps can be tedious and annoying. In such cases, we suggest that you use the following method.
Send a large number of photos and images without loss of quality in WhatsApp
This will require a file manager that supports zip or ZIP files. We use ES File Explorer.
1- After installing ES File Explorer, run it.
2. Open the folder where your pictures are located. Touch and hold one of the images to activate the multi-file selection feature at the same time.

3- After selecting the images you want, touch the More option, which is marked with a three-dot symbol, and finally select the Compress option.
4- You can choose between Zip and 7Zip formats and consider a name for your zip file. Also, if you wish, you can put a password on the zip file to keep it secure.
5. After you have done all the above, touch OK to start the compression process.
You can now send the zip file you created as a document to WhatsApp. After receiving it, your contact can also decompress the images and have them in their original quality (if you have provided a password for your file, be sure to provide the password to your contact as well).
