When you are anxious or scared, your body moves faster and you may have the following symptoms:

Relaxation techniques are sometimes as simple as shoulder movements and deep breathing but can have a dramatic effect on peace of mind. Try relaxation techniques, yoga, and massage.

Pay attention to your nutrition 

Try to eat as many vegetables and fruits as you can to keep your blood sugar at a normal level. Avoid drinking too much tea and coffee as caffeine can cause anxiety and avoid alcohol. If you ask people who drink alcohol constantly how they feel after drinking alcohol, they will tell you that they are nervous and anxious. Alcohol is not a relaxing drink!
