Click Notifications in the Permissions section.

In the new page you will see a list of websites. If you have already disabled a website notification, you will see it in the Block section at the top of the page. You can see the websites that are allowed to send notifications in the allow section.

There are several ways to block, allow and edit a website.

In the Block section, click on the three dots in front of the name of each website. Now you can change the notification of the desired website according to your opinion.

You can create the list you need to block or allow notifications by clicking Add.
